How it works

Step 1: Connect with your Coach.

In a 20-minute video call, as your coach I will learn about your goals, training background, and lifestyle. This helps identify challenges and create a personalized fitness/training schedule.

Step 2: Undergo Your Physical Assessment.

You’ll complete a series of movements and tests to determine your current strength and endurance levels.

Step 3: Your Customized Training. 

I will design a tailored training and nutrition plan based on your consultation and assessment. CoachRx is a fitness app we will utilize to track your fitness/training and progress.

Step 4: Engaged in Regular Check-ins and Monthly Consultations.

You’ll receive ongoing feedback and have direct message access to me. Our monthly consultations will review your progress which allows me to optimize lifestyle, nutrition, and fitness/training to keep you on track.
