Ted Arellano III
From the baseball diamond to the martial arts mat, my journey has always been driven by a passion for athletics and physical fitness. My sports background consist of playing baseball at the collegiate level. After collegiate baseball, I transitioned to martial arts, immersing myself in boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. Over the past 13 years, my primary focus was Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With the help of great mentors and coaches, I obtained a black belt and becoming a Gracie Certified Instructor.
My dedication to fitness extends beyond baseball and martial arts. My health and fitness background consist of coaching for strength training, power and olympic lifting, and CrossFit. I earned a Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, a CrossFit Level-1 certification, and an Opex CCP certification. My coaching philosophy combines an extensive sports background and academic knowledge. This has enabled me to help others achieve their fitness goals through tailored and effective training programs.
